I love the ancient Greeks!

PRIAPUS! A minor rustic God of fertility, protector of livestock, fruit plants and....male genitalia!

He is known for his HUGE permanent erection as seen in the depiction below

Can you just imagine a farmers household in Ancient Greece with a statue of Priapus and his behemoth of a penis in the corner of your room and the entire family worshipping him on a daily basis? Whoever made the statue must've carved a little smirk on his face!

I don't know about you but I can just imagine the Ancient Greeks and Romans having an argument with each other and the Greeks win the argument by saying "My God's dick is bigger than your God's dick!"

Really? What can you reply to that? Perhaps that explains the Roman conquest of Greece after the Battle of Corinth (yes kids, I may be totally fucked in the head but I'm an intelligent fucked up person!)

Even after the rise of Christianity, Priapus continued to be evoked as a symbol of health and fertility (maybe because the bigger your dick the healthier you are).

To end this little informational rant I shall end with the St. Priapus Church which is a religion founded in the 1980's dedicated to the worship of the phallus aka COCK!

Here is a little quote from Wikipedia:

"St. Priapus Church was founded in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, by D. F. Cassidy and has found a following mainly among homosexual men in Canada and the United States. The church, which is named after the Greek god Priapus, teaches that the phallus is the source of life, beauty, joy, and pleasure. The phallus is to be worshipped, which can be accomplished by a variety of sexual acts, including groupmasturbation.Semen is also treated with reverence and its consumption is an act of worship."

The first phrase on their website reads "Welcum to the TEMPLE OF COCK"

Here is a link to their website for those of you interested, St. Priapus Church

That's it for today,

Ciao!

Happy Belated Christmas!

Hey guys,

So it's been ages since I've last updated my blog and for this I apologize!

I intend to get back to blogging a bit more regularly now, so until the next post I leave you all with this slightly late holiday greeting!
